The Zilch bicycle pump and chuck are designed to relieve the routine struggles of inflating bike tires. Designed specifically for presta valves the chuck re-invents how to lock-onto a tire valve and pump air.
Radian USA came to Zukun with an engineering prototype that established the basic sealing and trigger behavior. The teams then coordinated to iterate and refine the design into an elegant solution that is easy for anyone to use; casual riders or enthusiasts of any age!

Click-On, Click-Off Connection
The chuck seals on the valve precisely every time with a simple click-on and click-off function. Radian USA methodically refined the seal design to grab the valve cleanly every time.
Comfortable & Easy to Use
The chuck is designed for anyone user regardless of size of hand, strength, or mechanical aptitude. The result is a chuck that sits comfortably and feels intuitive.
Integrated Dock
The chuck docks securely to the handle in a magnetic cradle. This cradle has self-centering feature that ensures the chuck is always facing forward when docked and ready for the next use.
Ergonomic Pump Architecture
To facilitate the functionality desired in the chuck, the pump architecture had to reflect the same focus on ease of use. The gauge is place high for good visibility, the base is large and stable with rubber feet, the handle has rubber bumpers for when the pump inevitably topples over, and the chuck and docking solution tie-in for a completely reinvented pumping solution.
User Serviceable Design
Radian USA is committed to their products. As such great care was made to design the chuck in such a way that if something should happen the chuck can be taken apart and repaired helping to ensure a long product life.
